This was our former main model at  1628 So. McCulloch Blvd.  A lower cost version is three lots south (also a former model).  A larger option (without the Phoenix tower) was built at 2766 Indian Pipe Ln.  Other similar floor plans are at 3191 So. Ore Grande, 4054 Bluegrass, 1301 Mohican, 3600 Breakwater and 2720 War Eagle.  Smaller versions of this model are located at 1565 So. McCulloch and 9308 Chemehuevi. This floor plan can be modified on our computers to fit the design you want.  See the luxury spec sheet for the extras that are free with this house.
