This is the same basic elevation and floor plan as the 745 Little Drive model. However, 2840 Widgeon Lane is larger. For replication on your lot. See the luxury spec sheet for the extras that are free with this house.  Widgeon Lane is an expanded version with other various changes to the 1,860 sq. ft. model. Widgeon Lane has 2,330 sq. ft. living area. We can easily make it bigger. What changes would you like?

For example, we can increase one side of the garage to RV height for only $10,000. Or, widen and expand the right side as a RV barn, extending to the rear of the house.

The tile package includes a tile roof and tile counters and floors in kitchen and both baths at no extra cost.

ENERGY STAR: DBU’s Luxury Model homes qualify for EPA’s Energy Star certificate with these features: 14 SEER AC unit with 410A refrigerant, digital thermostat, efficient air filters, Low E tinted windows, R50 attic insulation, R21 sidewall batts w/ 1” exterior foam, air barrier poly-sealing (doors, windows, bottom plates, and penetrations) w/ split batts, sealing of return/supply cans & R6 flex ducts, advanced framing techniques to DOE OEV standards, skylight or SolaTube, energy efficient hot water heater, low flow toilets, low VOC emission paints & carpets, and blower door & duct blaster testing with HERS inspection and rating for the  Energy Star certificate.

With these firms, DBU will help you on cabinet, counter, and design details. This is important because each home is unique in its own way and deserves a special touch that sets it apart. Our design professionals have the skills and experience to offer unique cabinets, countertops, and sinks that can define your DBU home and give it those singular qualities you are seeking.

The more popular quality kitchen and bath counters are also carried by Custom Counters & Cabinets. Included are granite and solid counters by CaesarStone, SileStone, and Hi-Macs. Granite tile is another high-demand option. However, ceramic tile remains the most popular kitchen/ bath counter and floor material in the southwest.

DBU customers have also selected cabinets and counters from Tri-Pacific, Bob’s Cabinets, and Accurate Measures, all with shops in Lake Havasu City. DBU from experience, can recommend these local businesses.
